Nutrition and health is a topic rarely out of the news and is becoming increasingly important for food companies, food providers within the public, private and voluntary sectors, and for all individuals. A number of Food and Health Training Courses are available at Introductory and Elementary levels.

This informative course is designed to provide nutritional and health information to people working and providing food in a wide range of premises and settings, but is equally suitable for anyone interested in food, health and nutrition.

REHIS Eating Well For Older People

This 3 hour non-examined course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and appreciation of the importance of nutrition and health for older people and how to support them to eat well.
